Raising Up Leaders From The Harvest For The Harvest

From the beginning |
Where we are now |
In 1996 Churches around Southern CA came together with a vision to train up indigenous leaders to meet the demands of the growing population centers throughout the region. Pastor Al Breems, an experienced church planter and regional leader, was chosen as the director. Pastor Breems along with a "Dream Team" of leaders crafted the program, and in the fall of 1996, the first participants applied.

Since it's inception over 20 years ago, the ETP, Evangelist Training Program, has helped well over 100 participants explore, be trained in, and be placed in a special and unique calling from God. This has included some who have become church planters, lead pastors, associate pastors, worship pastors, youth pastors, pastors of evangelism or discipleship, foreign missionaries, those who work for para-church organizations, and those who have found new or deeper levels of callings as church volunteers.
|
Anyone, young or old, who has demonstrated a level of service and/or leadership in their local church, who is recommended by a local pastor, and who successfully goes through the ETP application process.
